testing adding action #14

This will test a quick GitHub action I created that should run and then present a message to the user when the PR is closed / merged. This might be weird to test in that I'll need to PR / merge a few times to test it out :)

Derp, I forgot I need to get it enabled for good labs! For now this one can sit and wait, will test when they are activated.

I've never heard of .github/main.workflow. This is really neat. 😄
