APJP 客户端 跟 uTorrent 冲突 #51

如果先运行uTorrent ，则 APJP 客户端无法翻墙
如果先运行APJP，再运行 uTorrent ，则翻墙速度很慢

問:當一同運行uTorrent和APJP,APJP就不工作，為甚麼?
答:uTorrent 
使用10000端口,改動APJP.properties的APJP_LOCAL_PROXY_SERVER_PORT=10000 
為 APJP_LOCAL_PROXY_SERVER_PORT=10001
