Add option to prevent display from turning off

Thanks for a useful app! It would be great if you could add a new device option 
to prevent the display from automatically turning off while a particular 
Bluetooth device is connected. For me this would be useful to keep the Pandora 
screen active in my car without having to touch the screen every few minutes.

Android has a developer feature you can use to keep the screen ON while 
connected to power.  That is really the only time it makes sense.  If not 
connected to power it will just drain the battery fast.  Just go to [settings] 
-> [applications] -> [development] and check [stay awake].  That should handle 
your request and I don't need to do anything in A2DP Volume.  I also do not 
want to make features that would encourage user interaction while driving.  Too 
may distracted drivers already.
