Location button in dialog box fails and gives error. #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. long click a Bluetooth device in the list
2. Device reports error and does not show location.

Strange the button does not work but the widget does.

The problem is that I had to specify the default browser to open the file as it 
is not recognized as a URL. Now Android default browser is gone.  I could just 
connect to Chrome but then it breaks the older devices.  I could put a version 
check in....  Should have it fixed soon anyway.
