Force closes with orientation change on new text input feature

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change orientation(slide out keyboard or turn to side) after hitting text 
entry in remote control mode. Immediately Force closes every time. I can how 
ever change orientation then hit text entry and it does not FC.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
v0.8.7-beta1
rev 807

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
stock android 2.2 on HTC Evo shift 4g

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
Dharma 10.1 linux xbmclive hd install

Also even after your done sending a text entry if you change orientation at any 
time it force closes.

Confirmed - Causes crash if rotated while the dialog is open or on the remote 
activity after using the feature.

Doesn't crash if you've moved to a new activity.

This now handles orientation changes correctly. see my latest commit

Thanks for logging this lsell - your comment about it happening even after 
closing the dialog helped track down the issue.
