When playing music and a picture slideshow the show incoming calls pauses the slideshow but not the music. #606

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Queue up and play some music
2. Start a slideshow of pictures
3. Receive an incoming call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect The music to pause when receiving a call, not the slide show. Although 
both can pause. Currently the slideshow pauses and music continues to play.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
0.8.8-beta1 build 808

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Samsung Galaxy S2

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
11.0 - BETA2 on Linux
