First, i absolutely love the remote, i use xbmc on every tv in my house, i have
a main media server setup, and the rest are clients. I have 2 libraries setup,
one for my daughter with all her tv shows and kids movies and another for the
adults. I have a smart playlist setup in my daughters room that plays all her
shows in sequence without haing to constantly start a new show. The one and
only feature i see missing on the remote is the ability to start this smart
playlist playing. im using the Aeon Nox skin, and if i right click on an
episode in the playlist and hit play from here, it plays everything in the
playlist. i installed the remote today on my phone after purchasing the full
version of Unified Remote which i have been using for some time to control
XBMC, only to find this remote 30 minutes later.. grr.. lol oh well. However
on the Unified remote, i can bring up the keybaord and press "c" to bring up
the menu to start the playlist. I tried the "Send text to XBMC" method, but go
no result in opening the menu. i see right next to that option a Press "S"
button to bring up the shutdown menu for xbmc, how easy would it be to put s
"press "c" button there to bring up the menu, or ahve an official button for
it. thanx for viewing this in advance, i greatly appreciate allt eh work you
ahve done on this and on xbmc in general, is by far the best media center ever
created.
