Can't connect to XBMC remote to XBMC getting Socket Timeout Make Sure XBMC webserver is enabled and XBMC is running #653

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Connect XBMC remote from cellphone connecting to PC XBMC. instead I get the 
error Socket Timeout Make Sure XBMC webserver is enabled and XBMC is running.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
v0.8.8-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Motorola Droid Razr Maxx

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
XBMC 11.0 on AMD htpc system Windows Platform

Please provide any additional information below.
I can not connect XBMC remote to my system, I will connect using http:// link 
both from phone and system, but remote is giving error as mentioned above I 
tried everything I can.
