Display extended m3u playlists correct #681

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an extended m3u playlist (Sample from: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M3U) with header and "#EXTINF" lines to describe 
the streams/files and transfer it to the xbmc server.
2. Open the playlist via Music, and select the m3u file.
3. The header line "#EXTM3U" is displayed and the info from "#EXTINF" lines is 
ignored.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The header line "#EXTM3U" should not be visible
2. Instead of the filenames the info from the "#EXTINF" line above should be 
displayed

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
v0.8.8-beta1 (rev. 808)

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
HTC Desire with Android 4.0.4 (ICS Sandvold v0.18.2.1)

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
10.1 live cd (to hdd installed)

Please provide any additional information below.
