Cannot skip to items in now playing playlist by tapping or long-holding them #733

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View playlist in 'Now Playing'
2. Try tapping or long-holding on any item to jump to it, nothing happens
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Songs highlight when you tap on them, but nothing happens, you can't jump to 
that song by tapping or long-holding it.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
12.3

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Android 4.3

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
12.3 Windows 7 Pro x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Further testing shows you can skip to an item on the playlist if you stop the 
currently playing item first and then tap on the item in the playlist you would 
like to play. This isn't very intuitive from a UX standpoint.
