Galaxy S 5 touch screen not responding #741

Hi
I installed the last Carbon Rom 4.4.4 [29.06.14] on my Samsung Galaxy S 5 
SM-G900F (french model). Unfortunately, the apk is unusable because the touch 
screen isn't responsive at all.
