SoapFault.getMessage() is empty #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apply patch from issue 7 so SOAP faults can be parsed.
2. Make a SOAP call that returns a SOAP fault.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The SOAP "fault string" would be sensible to put here, better than an empty 
message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
"ksoap2-android-assembly-2.3-jar-with-dependencies.jar" Aug 16 + patch from 
issue 7, Android 1.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
Patch attached to return faultstring.
