Colorblind people #57

Hi there!

I noticed if I enter an invalid number in a cell, the number is displayed
in red(?).

As being a colorblind person, it's hard for me to notice it.
It would be nice to have some other way to warn the player.
My ideas are:
- a short beep
- vibration
- exclamation mark displayed next to the number
