Proper <title> tags on pages #13

So - currently, the <title> tag is the same on every page. My preference for titles tends to be 'backwards breadcrumb' eg:

England : Places : Facets : V&A Spelunker by Good, Form and Spectacle

simply so browser tabs or window titles are usable at a glance. But I'm open to suggestions. This isn't hard to implement: it's about 30 minutes tops, a change to the layout template and then adding a string to every page template.
