Hide unstarred stars doesn't work for non-default stars

What is the problem? Describe completely:
I use priority inbox with 4 inbox sections. The first message in the first 
section works as expected with the 'Hide unstarred stars' option enabled. All 
the other messages only show the star if it is the yellow star. Other stars 
(red exclamation point, orange guillemet, etc) are only shown on mouse-over 
like unstarred stars.

Minimalist version   - 0.6.7
Relevant core module - Gmail
Chrome version       - 25.0.1364.58 beta-m
Operating System     - Win 7 64-bit
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - Nope
Other extensions     - Adblock (disabled on google domains), some others :-#

After refreshing, the first line no longer works as expected. i.e. all stars 
other than the yellow star are hidden in the inbox view.

Also, stars other than the yellow star are invisible when viewing the message 
(screenshot attached)

Yeah this is still an issue now. Curious if its in the plans to update? It is a 
useful feature.
