Changes in Options | Settings won't stick #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Options
2. Change "Reload tabs when permissions change" to "off"
3. Click "Save Changes"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that I will reload sites manually; instead they continue to reload 
automatically.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.0.0 on Chrome 30.0.1599.69 m on Windows 7 Home Premium.

Please provide any additional information below.
"Saved!" changes back to "Save Changes" in about two seconds with no action by 
me. Maybe one second. Whitelist changes stick but Settings changes do not.

I'm back. Still can't save changes, but if I have "Multi-Select Sites" checked 
then Chrome will not reload automatically. Which is actually what I want (to 
mimic AdBlock Plus in Firefox). Makes sense, right? Because how would it know 
when you are done specifying permissions? Therefore,

is a feature, not a bug.
