close tab with blocked site, then Ctrl-Shift-T to restore it, and the tab with site re-appeared with enabled scripts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open new site(with scripts disabled by default) or site with previously 
disabled scripts(i.e. with Deny in script options)
2. close the tab with the site
3. press Ctrl+Shift+T to restore closed tab. tab with the site will re-appear 
and scripts are working in this case.
4. reload the site on that tab(Ctr+R) - scripts will be disabled as they should 
be.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: disabled scripts after the tab re-appear 
See: scripts are enabled in the restored tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.6.2, Windows 7, Chrome 21.0.1180.75

I also had this issue some versions back.
But I cannot reproduce it with ScriptSafe v1.0.6.10.
