Import Settings + Lists does not work #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Options >>copy & paste saved settings, including whitelist and blacklist to 
Import field >> Import

What is the expected output? Imported settings should overwrite current 
settings. What do you see instead? Current settings are not changed.

What version of the product are you using? 1.0.6.12 On what operating system? 
Win 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
