What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Example:
http://www.soyacincau.com/2012/02/29/apples-we-have-something-for-you-to-see-and
-touch-ipad-3-invite-suggest-the-demise-of-the-hardware-home-button/

2. All option is default (Whitelist/Blacklist also empty)

3. Only Temp Allow soyacincau.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only soyacincau.com domain script would be execute but not any other 3rd party
script.

For example the site use a 3rd party comment platform "IntenseDebate"

Under normal operation, "IntenseDebate" script would not execute and display.

Instead it show up and execute as usual.

Seem other normally blocked 3rd party script also execute.

For example Google Ads, Social widget and many more.

It seem script is enable globally after that.

While at the same time toolbar menu show only current domain is allowed, other
is either default block, or under unwanted or anti social mode.

Scriptno Old version 1.0.5.52 does not have this problem.

Also replicate on another site.

http://www.cultofmac.com/149549/apple-considering-a-14-inch-macbook-air-just-for
-asian-markets/

Which use another comment platform - Disqus.

Also observe similar weird result on other site, probably miss previously
because at that time also pair with ghostery and adblock extensions.

Above observation environment is replicate under single extensions in chrome
and across mac and linux.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Scriptno - 1.0.6.2
Mac OS X 10.7.3
Ubuntu 12.04 latest snapshot
Google Chrome (18.0.1025.39)
Google Chrome Canary (Latest)
