Add "Upload ADA-M 2 Profile .json for Validation" section.

The App should then validate that the uploaded JSON is properly formatted for the user.

This is already implemented. You can drag and drop a profile onto the website, which will hen loade the profile and validate it. Perhaps we need some sort of a banner/text indicating that a profile can be dragged and dropped?
