Calculate directory size when pressing space key #183

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

Am not sure what space key does, purpose not listed in keyboard shortcuts. At
the moment, when space key pressed over a file/dir a little green arrow appears
but I can't work out why. It only disappears on directory refresh.

 - Would like spacebar to simply select a file/dir if possible.

Ooops, my memory of Total Commander ops failed me. Space bar was originally
used to calculate size of directory, that's what I meant to request, sorry!
Unfortunately I'm unable to edit title of my original post to reflect this.

Oh, it's very convenient feature. I use it in Krusader so I'd like to see it in
Sunflower too. :)

A quick note: Krusader displays a small overlay status window during this
process - in case the directory is "heavy" (i.e. has a lot of subdirs and
files). Then it shows directory size right in place of <DIR> label. I think it
should be done in same ways here too.

Working on this problem... What do you say about the patch?
remains to solve several problems such as ignoring accelerators in the search
box and make the accelerator 'Esc' to cancel
