When selecting and opening a new location from any pane, the display should be
exactly the same upon returning.

Example:
If I double-click on a directory and the display now shows the new contents, I
should be able to double-click the top entry and go right back to where I was
before.

Problem:
Upon returning, the display now shows the selection at the top of the pane
instead of where it was before. This causes a person who is checking thru the
various directories to have a problem continuing on if they are working upwards
or backwards on the listing.

Thanks.

This is not an intended behavior. Can you provide me with name and version of
your distribution as well as Sunflower version?

Thanks!

Sorry, my bad.

I am using Fedora 19 with Xfce 4.10.1 and Sunflower 0.1a (56).

Hm. That is rather new. Is there anything specific with directory names? Are
they by any chance in a different encoding?

No, just regular format. I do nothing with my file system, and I leave it up
to the OS.

All I normally do in even a file manager is to sort alphabetically or by date.
That's it.

On my end everything works properly. Sunflower resorts to selecting the first
item only in cases when parent item can't be found in the list. Can you provide
me with a screenshot of directory? Any directory will do as long as behavior is
the same.

Also can you try running Sunflower from terminal and see if there's any output?
Thanks!

Well, this is weird. I just checked it out again after doing my daily yumex
upgrade, and I can no longer duplicate the behavior.

If it happens again, I will let you know.

Thanks.
