Linux doesn't have or use concept of drives. However Sunflower does allow you
to quickly navigate to all drives. Pressing Ctrl+F1 will show left bookmarks
menu while Ctrl+F2 will show right one. Bookmarks allow you to easily navigate
to locations you need. You can also use Alt+1..0 to navigate to bookmarks in
defined order.
Were you referring to toolbar buttons showing mounts?

Actually, all Ctrl+F1,F2, etc. did was switch to various desktops.
While Linux doesn't like to display the various drives, it is absolutely
necessary that people be able to access their floppy drive or their CD drive or
their flash drive in a graphical manner. Else the whole system will fail.
Hardly anyone will wish to use it if they must remember /dev/fd0 or some such
nonsense.
And regarding your question, yes, I believe I was.

Bookmarks menu does provide with access to these. Toolbar does have bookmarks
button, but it's not as intuitive to enable as I would like them to be.
Can you be specific on which OS your are using?

Yes, it is Fedora 19 with Xfce 4.10.1.

Okay thanks. Can you go to Edit -> Preferences -> Key bindings -> Item list and
set "Show bookmarks for current list" to a specific shortcut and see if this
solves your issue. Please note that after setting key bindings you need to save
and restart the program.

If I understand correctly, you are directing the user (me) to set a keyboard
shortcut to display them. However, I would prefer a toggle on a menu or a
button to select.
There was also a choice of Primary and Secondary, which were both disabled.
Selecting them just turned one or the other to New accelerator; a little
confusing to me.

Not trying to confuse you. I am trying to see if the features already built in
are the ones you are looking for. There are buttons in user interface which
allow you to do exactly this. Take a look at attached image.

Oh! I found it! Sorry about that. I never used the little down arrow before.
I guess it seemed to indicate something other than what I'd use.
By default, I would like to see all drives shown on the button bar between the
menu bar and the tab bar. Such would have the benefits of being more standard,
very intuitive and visually appealing. And one might as well use the unused
real estate there.
By the way, I found the preference section to be unintuitive as to how to add
the Floppy Disk, which it had already found, to the button bar. The bookmark
items were not listed there.

Yeah, toolbar has a lot to be desired. Soon I'll start improving everything and
prepare the first stable release. I agree that bookmarks menu should be more
intuitive.

Any contribution is more than welcome. Even if this feature request turned out
to be already implemented it does tell me that I need to make this option more
discoverable.
Thank you. I'll mark this feature request as invalid since there's already a
planned improvement.
If you run into any other problems let me know and I'll help you out. :) Thanks
again!
