More options on tabs: rename, lock #321

Total Commander has some nice features related to tab management:

1. Rename tabs (right lick on tab -> rename )
2. Lock tab; it will never change directory but spawn new tab when you try to 
change it. This way you can have several folders that act as "portal".
3. Save and reload tabs, so you can quickly create form of a project. You 
already have an option to "load specific tabs instead of saved" but this allows 
for multiple sets.
4. Unless I missed it, it looks like you don't have a hotkey available for 
opening of a new tab. There is one to open terminal tab only.

Other than rename and lock tab Sunflower does have everything else. There's a 
session plugin that allows you to have different sessions and work with them. 
There are also many shortcuts for opening tabs, default one being Ctrl+T.

But first two are valid and planned.
