Support for old LiU-templates #1

This add-on only support the "mall11". I lack support for older templates, "mall06", "mall04" and the ones before.

Haha. yeah, I think it would be a lot of work though. The layout is totally different for the older ones and then you need to add menu item's and such which as I know isn't possible with user/grease-monkey scripts.
