Merge sensor footprint branch #31

Adds hardcoded experimental support for showing a NADIR sensor footprint on the terrain.

The mount view is also added. The intent is to link the mount view to the sensor footprint and have the sensor parameters (such as field of view) definable. The footprint can be toggled on/off from the option menu.
