update docs with maverick logo #908

I'm happy to have a go at this but will require some guidance from @fnoop as to how the docs are automagically built (to ensure I don't break anything).

The docs aren't actually built - they're 'live', rendered from the markdown by docsify.

I've deliberately left the docs until all other work for 1.2 is complete, as they really need a total overhaul.
