Licensing change #126

This project was always intended to be MIT licensed, as with all goodrobots projects/repos/code. For some reason this repo has ended up with a GPL license which is a major oversight!

We should do whatever is necessary to relicense as MIT and cut a new release (as you cannot retrospectively relicense previous releases).
