On some desktops, the background service may not start automatically after installing or refreshing (manual or automatic) the Calaboka snap. This is due to current limitations in snapd, which is a component of the platform used to package, deploy and run Calaboka on Linux. Calaboka does its best to guide the user to start the background service manually when this happens.
Note that the background service will always start automatically on boot, so rebooting is also an acceptable workaround for now.
Expected behavior
The background service should start automatically after every install and refresh of the Calaboka snap.
