Data doesn't load from iCloud after app delete/reinstall #68

After the latest update to version 2.1.1 no data was seen when opening app. Found the restore feature, that seemed to work, but the new today widget wasn't to be found. So I tried reinstalling app, still no today widget. Now data doesn't show up, and restore isn't listed. iCloud does show that this app has data used. Shouldn't the app have loaded that on first startup?

Also I previously bought the stats IAP, but don't see any way to restore purchase with no habits entered. Not sure if that would help with getting the app to load from iCloud, but didn't enter any new habits for fear the existing data in iCloud would be wiped.
