Ctrl+f11 short cut doesn't work while cursor in editor. #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create project.
2. Create run configuration using "Run configurations..." dialog.
3. Start the configuration.
4. Try to press ctrl+f11 - You will see project rebuilding (maybe it will
be only blinking)
5. Now place cursor to some file editor.
6. Try to press Ctrl+f11 again. You'll see the message:
     "The selection couldn't be launched, and there are no recent launches"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Last launched configuration should be executed again.
