Don't show pages until finished loading

Often, when shown, pages must do some fetching. We show the loader, switch pages, then the page stops loading. The flow should be:

• Page change request made
• Show loader
• Page is notified that it needs to be shown
• Page fetches data
• Data received, page turns off loader
• Page shown
