I think going to 30 seconds may be a bit too high. Currently, it's granular enough to see items added to the summary basically as they're added. This is kind of nice if you're the order creator waiting on everyone to order (though, totally unnecessary). Can we reduce this to 12 seconds and see if anyone complains? If not, then we can bump it higher
