Inclusive date range on restaurant delivery availability #2345

This solved the problem. Searching for 5:45pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:15pm show BBQ Revolution in the results (where as before it wouldn't show up for 6:00pm-6:15pm), and searching for 6:15pm-6:30pm does not list BBQ Revolution.
