This is neat! I'll have to give it a more thorough review later today, but looks awesome

The tests are failing on Travis CI, which I fixed that in another PR, but I'm not sure if that fix was to your liking @jrf0110, so I'm letting things be as they are here.

Published + mongo-sql@6.1.0 but I haven't updated the fiddle yet
