Scenario saves are named as the scenario itself. Only the presence of save.zip is checked despite of FACTORIO_SCENARIO state. As a consequence scenario progress is lost every time the container restarts.
To recover the saved game it is required to rename it to save.zip before the reboot. It's only needed to be done once, however this could be handled by the script.
