Feature request: let sequencer send an all_notes_off at reboot #3

As sound board needs to act on the all_notes_off from the sequencer, the DSP app also needs to be modified. Provisionally you can send an all_notes_of to the sound board via MQTT.

NOPE ! MQTT interface is not present anymore on the sound board :-)
