Print results using Geraldo Reports #10

I created a new view 'print_report' to generate a report from views results and 
print to a PDF or TXT (or other format Geraldo generates).

I will send the patch file later today.

This is not a defect... how can I change the type to "Enhacement"?

I made a sort of changes, some improvements on fields/groups/lookups display, 
some 
fixes and the Geraldo Reports automated generation.

They are on the attached file.

I'd like to split the changes to many little patch files, but I really am busy 
right now. I 
can do it on next days.
