Instant preview app kills phone battery #712

Unity: 2019.3.10f1

When I test my app on editor in Unity Device Simulator I got screen from my Phone in simulator on my PC monitor. When I stop playing app in editor app stop working on phone but Instant Preview app is still running. NOW It can drain, use and kill my phone and battery in few minutes. I think it is using 100% of CPU all the time right now. It happen to me so many times I decided to describe this issue.

I got the same problems with previous versions of Unity 2019.3.*

I have the same problems as well with Samsung Galaxy S10

I noticed that it happen much more on USB 3.0 port than 2.0
