hello,could anyone can tell me why?Could not resolve com.google.ar.sceneform:plugin:1.12.0. #889

my android stuido version is 3.5.1 i run hellosceneform throws error: org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.DefaultLenientConfiguration$ArtifactResolveException: Could not resolve all artifacts for configuration ':classpath'...... ........................ org.gradle.internal.resolve.ModuleVersionResolveException: Could not resolve com.google.ar.sceneform:plugin:1.12.0.

i can download the plugin from:https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/com/google/ar/sceneform/plugin/1.12.0/plugin-1.12.0.jar but the android studio cannot download this plugin ,why?
