Description du bogue:
Erreur dans l'import des soldats avec GM
Étapes pour reproduire:
1.Aller sur une planète et cliquer sur troupe
2.L'import se fait 
3.Regarder sur le DE

Informations complémentaire:
Le problème doit se situer au niveau du point qui sépare les milliers 
100.000 est importé en 100 sur le DE et non 100000

Ah, effectivement, j'ai pas trouver des masse de troupes pour faire un test 
correct.
