Affichage de l'erreur suivante en haut de l'ecran :

Mêmes symptômes chez moi

NOTICE [8] unserialize() [function.unserialize]: Error at offset 52 of 105 
bytes (Fichier class/dataengine.class.php:203)

(Fichier class/dataengine.class.php:203)

J'ai fait une migration 1.4.2 vers 1.4.5

Sinon, quel valeurs avez vous avec:

SELECT `value` FROM SQL_PREFIX_Config;

Nom d'empire avec une apostrophe ?

Dans tout les cas, Sur la page Admin\configuration, re-validez les paramètres 
pour contourner le problème. (normalement)
