Lifepress is running on Codeigniter v1.6.1 #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open /system/codeigniter/CodeIgniter.php
2. Look for CI Version

There are many reasons why this is a bad thing. Firstly, running old code is 
a security hazard because its bound to have un-patched bugs and security 
vulnerabilities. Second, by using old code were missing out on the latest 
enhancements and new features that we could be using to make Lifepress 
better and faster.

Luckily the changes between CI 1.7 and 1.6 are small enough that Lifepress 
functions 
perfectly if/when you simply replace the old CI code with the new stuff.

Done.
