Edit the icon of a feed #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to admin area
2. Go to "Feeds"

The icons of the feeds are not changeable. They use the favicon(?), but for
example instapaper.com has a really ugly/large icon that isn't really
useful to display. The user should have a choice to edit the feed, not only
deleting it.
