“首发式”转换成了“首髪式” #39

程序：开放中文转换（opencc-gui.exe）
问题描述：
转换类型设定为“简体到台湾标准(只转换异体字)”，转换内
容为“首发式”。
期望输出为“首發式”，实际输出为“首髪式”。
