Limited to one date format #114

— What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select any citation format, so that ProveIt automatically fills in today's
date for the 'accessed' date.

— What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be an option for users to change the format used by ProveIt for
dates; currently, ProveIt only will insert "M D, Y"-formatted dates (so users
who prefer D M Y or Y M D must change it manually).

— What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Whatever the latest ProveIt is (since it updates automatically); irrelevant,
but Mac OS X 10.6.8.

— Please provide any additional information below.

While not absolutely essential, this would be a nice timesaver for users (like
myself) who prefer to use dates in a format other than M D Y.

This should be integrated with the localization (issue 139), so localizations
can specify a particular date format (e.g. ISO, YYYY-MM-DD, among others).
