[Web] Add "Demo" Option in "Users" Navigation for Test Drive

"Users" nav should include a "Demo/Test Drive" option, so that users can 
immediately access the live ProveIt demonstration.

Fixed in ee055.  I placed a demo link in the header, footer, and index.
