Feature Request: Repeat buttons at the end an item

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a loooong article.
2. Read it, if it's long, you have to scroll down.
3. You finished reading the item and want to mark it read.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- If there where the same buttons (mark as read, star it) at the bottom of
an item, I do not have to scroll up, mark read, scroll down to read the
next item.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Yes, sometimes I have this problem too. I will take this request into account 
for one
of the next releases.

A workaround: Use the "m" key to mark the article as read, available since 
version 1.3.
