Feature Request: floating text / sorting feeds by date / individual update interval

Hi,

I really love rsslounge. I found some (small) issues that may interest you:

1. I'm not sure wether this is in the scope of rsslounge or of the feed 
itself, but maybe you could display text floating around images in feeds 
(see screenshot)

2. Could you make it possible to sort older news to the top?

3. I'd like to set the update interval by feed (or by feed priority)

Thank you for this fine piece of software! I really enjoy it. :)

4. When I marked all feeds read, rsslounge changes the filter to "all" but it 
never 
resets it to "only unread".

Thank you very much for the feedback! Setting an individual update interval by 
feed
is a really desired feature. I will ad your points to the todo list!

Additional request for the "set update interval by feed" topic: Please allow to 
set the update interval to "never". 
Use case: I have a few broken feeds that I'd like to keep an archive of. 
Currently every update run adds errors for those feeds to the message log.
