blank page #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have successfully installed rsslounge on 2 different hosts running
apache both show a blank index page. I tried installing on a fresh xampp
apache server and it's working fine.

What can I do to debug and find out the problem. All installations
compleded successfully.

What's the first thing I should look for?

Please check your log files for getting the error messages.

Check your ftp client: Choose the binary upload in your FTP Client software.

You have to set upload Type to binary mode (see option in your FTP Client
software).

I had this exact same problem. It turned out that the permissions were wrong
in the data/cache, data/favicons, data/logs and data/thumbnails directories.
Once I made those writable by the web server, things started working.
